- Wedding Listings and Services
2.1 Wedding Listings: Our platform allows wedding venues, wedding planners, photographers, and videographers (“Service Providers”) to list their services. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of these listings, we do not guarantee the availability, suitability, or reliability of any Service Provider or their services. It is your responsibility to conduct your own due diligence and make an informed decision before entering into any agreements or contracts with Service Providers.
2.2 User Interactions: We provide a platform for users to connect with Service Providers. Any communication, negotiation, or transaction between users and Service Providers is solely between the parties involved. We do not endorse, control, or guarantee the actions or representations of any Service Provider or user. We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between users and Service Providers.
- Payments and Refunds
3.1 Pricing and Payments: Service Providers set their own prices for their services. When booking a service through our platform, you agree to pay the applicable fees as communicated by the Service Provider. We may facilitate the payment process through third-party payment processors, and you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
3.2 Refunds: Refund policies are determined by the Service Providers. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the refund policies of Service Providers before making any bookings. We are not responsible for processing or facilitating refunds from Service Providers.
- Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, copyrights, and proprietary content, belong to us or our licensors. You agree not to use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any intellectual property without our prior written consent.
4.2 User Content: By submitting or sharing any content through our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, display, modify, distribute, and sublicense such content for the purpose of operating and improving our Services.
