Neemrana Fort

We began by considering the restoration of historical buildings that contained tales of India’s illustrious past. The Neemrana Fort Palace, which was first discovered in 1977 as a vast and magnificent ruin, has since come to be recognized in India as the country’s best example of architectural restoration for reuse. Our constant goal has been to transform former historical marvels into present-day heritage hotels that can convey a genuine understanding of our culture, heritage, and values to the discerning traveler.

After the initial success, we intensified our efforts to give our visitors a distinctive, genuine Indian experience. We think they should experience more than just a superficial level of our history, culture, and traditions. We think that rather than looking for fake luxury created by interior designers, our discerning travelers leave home to taste the “difference” and seek authenticity. The Neemrana “non-hotel” Hotel’s brand of hospitality is based on genuine, not always on higher standards. Neemrana has worked diligently to involve local communities and create another niche whereby experiencing history and its architectural treasures have now become a part of the standard tourist experience in India, where there are stark disparities.
